Home and Living Assessments

Finding the right place to live is an important step toward feeling safe, independent, and supported. Under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), there are several housing options available, depending on your needs and goals.

An Occupational Therapist (OT) completes a Home and Living Assessment to understand your strengths, support needs, daily routines, and future goals. The purpose of this assessment is to recommend the housing and support model that best promotes your independence, safety, and quality of life.
